Mike was formally Quality Control and Quality Assurance (QC/QA) Coordinator for Caltrans District 10. As the Central Region instructor for QC/QA and AC Paving classes, Mike instructed many of Caltrans and Contractor personnel in the interpretation and implementation of the Departments QC/QA program.

During his 30 years of experience Pat has prepared hundreds of geotechnical investigation reports, mainly throughout the San Joaquin and Sacramento valleys. These projects have included shallow and deep foundations, expansive clays, soil stabilization, geosynthetics, liquefaction analyses, pavement distress evaluation and design, slope stability analysis, seepage analysis, and construction materials testing. Pat has extensive experience in the analysis, design, and construction of levees.

Over the span of his professional career, Noah has authored over 500 geotechnical investigation reports. His technical experience includes but is not limited to soils mechanics, foundation engineering, expansive soils, liquefaction, soil nails, pavement design, slope stability, retaining structures, construction and materials testing, forensic investigations and swimming pool engineering. Noah is fluent in the Spanish language.

Over the span of his career, Rob has authored nearly 1000 Geotechnical reports and investigations. He is a seasoned expert in many geotechnical disciplines including: soil mechanics, deep and shallow foundations, expansive soils, ground water monitoring, temporary and permanent construction dewatering, pavement design, slope stability analysis, liquefaction, geosynthetics, retaining walls, swimming pool design and materials testing. His cumulative engineering experience and professional knowledge and expertise places him in demand as an invaluable resource to provide expert witness testimony and forensic investigative analysis.

Garret has a range of professional expertise and responsibilities that include business development, client liaison and relationship development, providing leadership on geotechnical investigations and inspections, foundation engineering and analysis. His clients are from public municipal, state and federal government agencies and the private sector. Garret’s technical abilities include but are not limited to soils mechanics, foundation engineering, expansive soils, liquefaction analysis and mitigation, shoring, pavement design, slope stability, ground modification and improvement, retaining structures, construction and materials testing. Garret prides himself in using his expertise and knowledge to think ‘outside of the box’ to provide his clients with feasible, cost effective, and environmentally conscious engineering solutions.

Neil is a licensed professional Civil and Geotechnical Engineer with over 25 years experience in providing innovative and cost effective engineering design solutions for major public sector, state, county and municipal agencies, including DSA, Caltrans and the US Army Corps of Engineers and to private sector owners and developers. Neil’s engineering experience and expertise encompasses geotechnical field exploration, soil mechanics, soils investigations and reports, laboratory materials and construction testing, earthwork, slope stability, geotechnical instrumentation, foundation design, retaining wall, earth retaining structures, swimming pool shell and structural foundation engineering design.

Neil’s extensive cumulative engineering experience and professional knowledge and expertise places him in demand as an invaluable resource to provide expert witness testimony and forensic investigative analysis. Neil has substantial experience in providing expert, objective, professional depositions and testimony to attorneys representing both defense and plaintiff clients. He has investigated and represented over 30+ cases.
